Galatians 1:6-9 (NKJV)
6 I marvel that you are turning away so soon from Him who called you in the grace of Christ, to a different gospel,
7 which is not another; but there are some who trouble you and want to pervert the gospel of Christ.
8 But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed.
9 As we have said before, so now I say again, if anyone preaches any other gospel to you than what you have received, let him be accursed.

Gospel:
A good message. Good news. A message about Jesus birth, life, death, resurrection, ascension, His deeds, and His sayings. The fullness of His verbal and non-verbal message.

Acts 20:23-24 (NKJV)
23 except that the Holy Spirit testifies in every city, saying that chains and tribulations await me.
24 But none of these things move me; nor do I count my life dear to myself, so that I may finish my race with joy, and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God.

Grace:
Good will, loving-kindness, favor. The unearned and unmerited favor of God. You did nothing do deserve it!

The gospel of the grace of is the precursor to the gospel of salvation.
Salvation is the precursor to the gospel of the Kingdom or the gospel of God.

Acts 13:43 Paul and Barnabas urged the believers to continue or remain in His Grace. (The grace of God is the thread through the kingdom that ties everything together.) If grace was only present when we were saved then we would be powerless to fulfill our assignment.

What exactly is this gospel of grace?
Romans 3:23
23 For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,

Romans 6:23
23 For the wages of sin is death.

All have an undeniable and unpayable debt!

Galatians 3:13-14
13 Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, "CURSED IS EVERYONE WHO HANGS ON A TREE"),
14 that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

John 3:16 (NKJV)
16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

Romans 4:24 - Jesus was delivered up because of our offenses and was raised up on the cross for our justification.

Ephesians 2:8-9 (NKJV)
8 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God,
9 not of works, lest anyone should boast.

God did it ALL!!! This is the gospel of grace that leads to salvation.

So what is a different or another Gospel?

Jesus and………..

At the core of every other gospel is the spirit of religion.

Galatians 2:21 (NKJV)
21 I do not set aside the grace of God; for if righteousness comes through the law, then Christ died in vain."

The thought is a turning or falling from grace. It means to change sides. It’s instability that’s produced in your mind.

Galatians 3:1-3 (NKJV)
1 O foolish Galatians! Who has bewitched you that you should not obey the truth.
2 This only I want to learn from you: Did you receive the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?
3 Are you so foolish? Having begun in the Spirit, are you now being made perfect by the flesh?

Don’t waste your life trying to work for what is yours.
Don’t wear yourself out trying to pay back what you do not owe.
The grace of God came to free us from debt conscious not to enslave us again.
Grace liberates you from slavery. Grace empowers you to serve in a new way!
